Turn 14 Distbrition has made canceling an order easy! 

How to get to the feature and how it works:

• Once logged into Turn14.com, navigate to the 'Invoices & Tracking' page and select the 'Sales Orders' tab.
• Select the Sales Order Number (Number column) you wish to edit, which opens the order in a separate model.
• At the bottom of the Sales Order, click the 'Edit Order' button and you will have the ability to change the quantity or completely cancel each line item in the order.
• Depending on the status of your order, it will be approved for cancellation, denied for cancellation, or sent to review.

 Who does this benefit?

This benefits all of our customers by giving them the ability to interactively cancel and/or change orders on the go. At any time, you can log in to your account and see each change. You can also review the history of the changes or cancellations as well, i.e. the user who requested a change and the status of said change.
