The Turn 14 Distribution website allows for cancellations to be initiated by anyone with a login. If you request a cancellation via the website, it initiates a request that is sent to some of the internal systems to prevent the order from shipping. If the order has been released for shipment or it has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. These requests are treated the same way regardless of what type of order it is (In Stock, Out of stock, Drop Ship) and are only able to be cancelled through the website.
Your order may have not been cancelled for several reasons including:
The warehouse has picked the items for this order and are being packed
The items are packaged and there is a label with tracking number on the box
The order is closed and the package has already shipped
