Requesting a Redirect
All redirect requests must be made to Turn 14 Distribution’s Support team. The Support team will
submit the redirect request to the shipping company for processing, and the customer’s account will be
invoiced for the cost of the redirect fee.
The following shipping services are eligible for redirect requests. If the service is not listed below,
redirect service is not available.
- UPS Ground
- UPS Three Day Select
- UPS Second Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
- UPS Next Day Air
- OnTrac Ground
Redirect Fees
The fee charged for a given redirect request is determined by the shipping company. Turn 14
Distribution has no control over the cost of redirect charges.
UPS redirect fees are the sum of 2 components:
“Service charge” – fixed cost per package; the fee for UPS to intercept and relabel a package
“Transportation charge” – the freight cost to ship the package to its new destination
Redirects are not a guaranteed service. If the shipping company is unable to successfully redirect a
shipment, the redirect fee will be credited back to the customer.
Refusal/Return to Sender Fees
If a shipment is refused by a recipient, or returned to sender (RTS) due to an address issue, the
associated fees will be deducted from the value of the return credit. The cost of the refusal/RTS fees are
determined by the shipping company.
