Damage Claims/Shipment Shortages: The recipient of the shipment must report all damage and loss claims within 24 hours of receipt. Turn 14 Distribution will provide all necessary documentation as well as initiate the claim with the carrier. The recipient must keep all packing materials so the carrier can inspect them. Turn 14 Distribution accepts zero responsibility for clients and/or their customers who misplaced or discarded the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact Turn 14 Distribution immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.
